Okay, that’s probably not true. I have probably been happier. But I’m pretty sure I’ve never been as rainbow-crapping happy as I am right now.
Thank you for bearing with me over the past few days as my site has gone up and down — this is actually the one-year anniversary of SexnShoes.com, which meant that I had to renew my domain, which turned out to be much messier than I anticipated… But with any luck, and some help, the next year will be smoother sailing!
I can’t believe that I’ve had my own domain for an entire year — I remember when I first started blogging back on Blogger as a total newb. I’ve met so many incredible people since then, and opened to my eyes to a world that I never knew existed. I also can’t believe how much I missed my blog while it was down! To think, part of me considered scrapping it completely because I just wasn’t sure I had the time for it anymore. I know I haven’t been able to devote time to it like I used to before I started working full time. But I hadn’t realized just what an important outlet this is to me. I’m Thursday’s Child just as much as I’m the 9–5 working girl that most people in real life know me as. There’s a dirty little slut underneath that white button downed girl, and she isn’t going away any time soon!

(Interestingly, the unicorn pic, from nutandbee, is one of Annette’s most enduring drawings! She does amazing art though, and I’m delighted to call her my friend.)
