To Penis Pump or Not to Penis Pump

Read­ers of my blog may remem­ber how utterly enam­ored D and I were of our now bro­ken pussy pump — there’s some­thing about the addi­tional pres­sure and suc­tion of a pump that really enhances our plea­sure. So, when given the oppor­tu­nity to review the Top Gauge Pres­sur­ized Penis Pump, we were hop­ing that it would do for him what my pussy pump had done for me. Unfor­tu­nately, due to the del­i­cate con­struc­tion of the male penis and the poten­tial for bad pain, we found that Top Gauge Pump, while a very well made and poten­tially help­ful penis pump, wasn’t really for us… Let me let D tell you in his own words:

“Well, I don’t really need a penis pump, but when offered, I thought what the hell.  The pump is sup­posed to make a harder and larger erec­tion.  I wasn’t going to turn down a chance for a big­ger erec­tion, most guys won’t in my opin­ion.  The pump con­sists of a hand pump with attached rub­ber hose, and a vac­uum cham­ber.  The cham­ber has a rub­ber gas­ket and that you slide your penis in.  The pump itself has a gauge that shows the pres­sure in the cham­ber.  The gas­ket will prob­a­bly fit over any shape or size penis, as it is a loose rub­ber gas­ket that will seal with the pressure.

Now, see­ing as I could get and keep an erec­tion, I’m not sure that the pump was made for the likes of me.  Usu­ally once I had started using the pump, I was half way to an erec­tion any­way.  So every time that I tried using it, I did not notice too much of a dif­fer­ence, and I did feel some pain when the pres­sure got to about the halfway point.  This could be because of the cur­va­ture of my penis (D has a very pro­nounced left­ward curve), or could be that you need to use it on a non-erect penis.

Over­all I wasn’t too impressed with the pump, though it could be that I am not the prime can­di­date.  I would sug­gest this for those that need it, or need a lit­tle help in the erec­tion depart­ment.  For those that are just try­ing it out just to give it a go, I don’t think this is nec­es­sar­ily the right fit.  I didn’t notice any dif­fer­ence, and did feel some pain.  So over­all, for those look­ing for just a lit­tle bit extra oomph, I would look elsewhere.”

So, all in all, we found that the Top Gauge Pres­sur­ized Pump wasn’t really what we were look­ing for — it just wasn’t for us. A penis pump seems to be more of a sex­ual aide than an actual sex toy, so it might be more use­ful for some­one who has trou­ble keep­ing an erec­tion or want­ing a harder, longer erec­tion.
